고요의 말

 

눈을 뜨지 못한 상태에서는

생각의 말과

고요의 말이

구별되지 않습니다.

 

생각의 말은

복잡하고

어렵고

흥분되고

흐리게 만듭니다.

 

고요의 말은

단순하고

쉽고

맑고

시원하게 합니다.

 

고요눈을 떠야만

하늘과 구름이 구별되듯

내면과 생각이 구별됩니다.

 

Words of Silence

 

When you're not awake, you can't hear

words of thought and

words of silence

are indistinguishable.

 

Words of thought are

complex

difficult

excited

blurred.

 

Words of stillness make

simple and

easy

clear

and cool.

 

Only when we open our eyes to stillness

Just as the sky and the clouds are distinct,

There is a distinction between inner self and thoughts.
